Since 2009, the concepts and initial exploration of PneumaCare's Thora-3Di SLP technology have been presented and discussed at various academic meetings. With presentations at the European Respiratory Society, American Thoracic Society and the Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery annual conferences, the technology has been already been investigated by some of the world’s key thought leaders. This interest continues to grow today with additional requests for research support.
Given PneumaCare’s strong relationships in the clinical and academic communities, we are actively involved in the research side of structured light technology and respiratory related illnesses. With our ultimate goal of providing break-through imaging technologies to help clinicians make more informed decisions, PneumaCare supports clinical research at all levels. We presently sponsor a number of clinical studies in the UK, Europe and USA and are assisting a range of other studies sponsored at their respective hospitals.
We are always interested in the next level of research. If you have an idea for a research project involving PneumaCare's family of products and the use of SLP, let us know how we can help.
